The staff was able to mass communicate to the parents multiple times a day through text messaging; updating them on travel info, the bus driver regime change, and the overall safety of the trip. Through great communication from the leaders at Ridge, many parents were able to sleep with ease knowing that their kids were doing well, having a blast, and drinking plenty of water.
This is the space where we get to showcase some of the creative and clever ways that our clients have utilized text messaging beyond its conventional use.
